What can I be hired for?
Below are descriptions of the different shows I regularly perform, as well as Session and Hired-Gun work.
TYPES OF SHOWS
a) The Cover Show
This show is comprised of cover songs spanning multiple genres and decades of music. I accompany myself with guitar, keys, and (if I’m feeling daring) my looper.
This show is perfect for: Bars and restaurants, Private Parties, Charity Events, Fundraisers, Weddings/Cocktail Hours, etc.
b) The Artist Show
This show focuses primarily on my original music, which is a blend of Singer/Songwriter, Rock, and Soul. I usually throw in a couple covers, too.
This show is perfect for: Listening Rooms, Coffee Houses, House Shows, etc.
c) The College Show
This show varies based on the needs of the school. Whether your school needs background entertainment for an event, wants to host a Coffee House Artist Showcase, or host an event somewhere in-between these options, I’ll fit the bill.
I can also incorporate speaking into these shows. I love giving students insight into the Music Business and telling them things I wish I had known when I first dove in. I also discuss the ups and downs of being on a reality television show, along with what they could expect if they were to find themselves on one!
For music programs, I can also conduct Vocal Masterclasses.
In addition to performing live, I also do studio work (session vocals). I can be hired to sing lead, harmonies and/or background vocals. I can either work remotely or come to your studio (if I can get there).
Do you write music but don’t want to demo the lead vocal? Do you have trouble singing harmonies? Do you need some help figuring out background vocal parts? I can help!
Aside from performing on my own, I love performing with and accompanying other artists, whether that be as a background vocalist (Aubrey Logan), a guitarist/pianist (Jocelyn Alice), or as a lead singer in a group like Postmodern Jukebox.
